The system covers both transtibial (below-knee) and transfemoral (above-knee) amputations. Kits are available for each level; individual components can also be ordered separately for either system.
All components — Polycentric Knee, Dynamic Foot, and Pylon Kit — are rated for K1, K2, and K3. This covers household ambulators through community ambulators with variable terrain demands.
The Polycentric Knee and Pylon Kit are rated to P5 — 110 kg. The Dynamic Foot is available in three sizes: S (max 70 kg / P3), M (max 90 kg / P4), and L (max 110 kg / P5). Refer to the product pages for full specifications.
Circleg components use standard male and female pyramid adapters. Compatibility with third-party components has not been tested and is not recommended, with the exception of the patient's socket connected to the residual limb.
The Transtibial Kit includes: Dynamic Foot, Pylon Kit, Transtibial Cosmetic Cover. The Transfemoral Kit includes: Polycentric Knee, Pylon Kit, Dynamic Foot, Transfemoral Cosmetic Cover. All components are also available individually for replacement orders or supplementary fittings.
Certification is not a prerequisite for ordering. Circleg offers a Certification Training Program for P&O clinicians, which includes fitting protocols, adjustment procedures, and clinical support resources. Training materials and webinars are available in the Resources section.

Yes. The modular design means the Dynamic Foot, Polycentric Knee, Pylon Kit, or Cosmetic Cover can each be ordered and replaced individually. This is particularly useful for managing long-term patient follow-up without the cost of full system replacement.
